- AI "Art" Generator, NFT Trading.
- Styles: Hyperrealism, Cartoon.
- Photomanipulation, Photobashing, Vectors, I don't trace photographs bodies or 3D body bases to speed up the illustration process.
- Don't ask me to copy another artist's style/identity. If you like the style/identity of "that" artist, then hire "that" artist.
- Scenes: characters kissing, domination fetishes, Hardcore NSFW.
- Controversy: Babies, Celebrities, family photos or portraits.
- Sensitive Topics: Politics, Activism-Militancy, Blasphemy, Paganism, Torture, Humiliation, Animal abuse.
- No Satire: towards Jesus Christ, Shintoism (神道 Shintō), or other religions or cultures.
- Subliminal Message of: "Evil defeats Good", for example: characters with references to the "good side" (white clothes, wings, sky, light, sun, lions, etc.) and who look defeated against the "bad side".
- Clarification: I can make your "evil character" be alone or in the company of your other evil characters, there would be no problem, as long as they do not look victorious over a "benign character".
- I do not make titles or logos that allude to the consumption of tobacco, alcohol, drugs, and all other types of things harmful to health.
- Uncomfortable scenes that go against the artist's values.2.- Payment method

I can work every day, including holidays; I don't have a social life.4.- Failure to meet the delivery date.
The Artist, must return 100% of the money to the Client, unless the Client, requests an extension of the delivery date.
Clarification: The Artist's delays may be due to the fact that it is serving many clients at the same time, or because one or more of the Clients constantly request changes.5.- See how I work

The Artist reserves the right to leave the service at any time, reserving the causes and reasons, refunding 100% of the payment to the Client.7.- Client Payment Refund Request
The Client can only request the full refund of the payment, only if The Artist does not meet the delivery date (deadline) agreed via mail.8.- Copyrights
The Artist shall grant all © Copyrights in and to the Final Product to the Client.9.- Request edition after payment
The Client, after having received the final file, and having declared "the fulfillment of the Artist's service" via mail, can request small updates (free of charge). The Artist reserves the decision to accept or reject.10.- Commission Completed = No refund
The Client, after having received the final file, and having declared "the fulfillment of the Artist's service" via mail, is not entitled to a refund of the payment. If this point is not respected, the Artist has every right to interpret the situation as an "Act of bad faith", therefore, the Artist will resort to the "Terms and Conditions" of this Invoice, as evidence in a legal case.11.- Post to portfolio
The Artist will never publish the commission or its derivatives, without the consent and authorization of the Client (Illustration, processes, speed painting video, etc.).12.- File Recovery, Broken link or Damaged file
The Client may request a download link for the copy of the file, either: in case of loss, damage, or backup, regardless of the years that have passed after payment.
The Artist will search their storage drives, only if possible. The Client assumes the possibility that the Artist has deleted the old files due to prioritizing the storage space for the most current files.
